Terms and Conditions of the soniprox.com Online Store

§ 1. Scope of the Terms and Conditions
1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for purchasing products in the soniprox.com online store operated within the European Union.
2. The store offers dental and orthodontic products, in particular oral hygiene products and kits.
3. These Terms and Conditions apply to:
• consumers from the EU,
• entrepreneurs,
• entrepreneurs with consumer rights (in accordance with the law of their country of residence).
4. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
§ 2. Technical Requirements
To use the store, the following are required:
• access to the internet,
• an up-to-date web browser,
• an active e-mail address.
It is prohibited to publish unlawful content (e.g. in reviews).
§ 3. Customer Account (WooCommerce)
1. Creating a customer account is voluntary and free of charge.
2. The account allows:
• tracking orders,
• access to purchase history,
• faster placement of subsequent orders.
3. The account may be deleted at any time by contacting the Seller (provided that no order is currently being processed).
4. Purchases may also be made without registration.
§ 4. Placing Orders
1. Information about products constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract.
2. An order is placed by:
• adding a product to the shopping cart,
• selecting delivery and payment methods,
• providing address details,
• confirming the order by clicking the “Buy and pay” button.
3. The sales contract is concluded when the order confirmation e-mail is sent.
4. If a product is unavailable, the Customer will be informed and may:
• accept a new delivery date,
• choose a different product,
• cancel the order (with a full refund).
5. Standard order processing time: up to 3 business days from the moment payment is credited.
§ 5. Prices and Taxes (EU VAT)
1. All prices are shown in the currency selected by the Customer and include VAT in accordance with EU regulations (OSS/IOSS – if applicable).
2. Delivery costs are displayed before placing the order.
3. The store may apply discounts, promotional codes and time-limited offers in accordance with the Omnibus Directive.
§ 6. Payments
Available payment methods:
• electronic and card payments (PayU or other methods available in WooCommerce),
• bank transfer,
• cash on delivery (if available for the selected country).
Failure to make payment within 14 days will result in order cancellation.
§ 7. Delivery
1. Delivery is available within the EU:
• via courier service,
• to pickup points / parcel lockers (if available).
2. Delivery time depends on the destination country and is indicated during the ordering process.
3. Maximum order fulfillment time: 30 days.
§ 8. Right of Withdrawal (EU)
1. An EU consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
2. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the subject of the order is:
• a dental or orthodontic product delivered in sealed packaging which, after opening, cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons (in accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must submit a declaration via e-mail.

5. The cost of return shipping is borne by the Customer.
6. Refunds are made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product or proof of shipment.
§ 9. Complaints and Conformity with the Contract
1. The Seller is liable for the conformity of the product with the contract in accordance with EU law and the law of the Customer’s country of residence.
2. Complaints may be submitted via e-mail: office@soniprox.com
3. Complaints are processed within 14 days.
4. In the event of a justified complaint, the Customer is entitled to:
• replacement of the product,
• price reduction,
• refund (if the defect is significant).
§ 10. Personal Data (GDPR)
Customers’ personal data are processed in accordance with GDPR and the Privacy Policy available on the store’s website.
§ 11. Final Provisions
1. A receipt or invoice (also in electronic form) is issued for each order.
2. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the Customer’s country of residence.
3. The Seller may amend the Terms and Conditions – changes do not affect orders already placed.
4. These Terms and Conditions enter into force on the date of publication on the store’s website.
