Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of using our services pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, as well as for the purpose of pursuing or defending against claims, which constitutes the legitimate interest of the controller pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
3. Recipients of your personal data will only be entities authorized to receive such data under applicable law, as well as entities involved in the performance of the service.
4. Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to perform the service. Additionally, the data will be processed for the period during which claims related to the service may arise under the provisions of the Civil Code and/or tax law, as well as for a period of 5 years calculated from the end of the calendar year in which the tax obligation arose.
5. You have the right to request access to your personal data, the right to rectification, erasure, data portability, restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
6. Providing personal data is voluntary; however, failure to provide such data may result in the refusal to perform the service or conclude a contract.

This Privacy Policy defines the rules for storing and accessing data on Users’ devices for the purpose of providing electronic services by the Website Administrator.

§1 DEFINITIONS

§2 TYPES OF COOKIES

1. Internal cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device by the Website’s IT system.
2. External cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device by IT systems of external websites.
3. Session cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device during a single session. After the session ends, the files are deleted.
4. Persistent cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device until they are manually deleted. These files are not automatically deleted after the session ends unless the User’s device settings are configured to delete cookies after each session.

§3 SECURITY

1. Storage and access mechanisms – Cookies do not allow the collection of any personal data or confidential information from the User’s Device. Transferring viruses to the User’s Device is practically impossible.
2. Internal cookies – cookies used by the Administrator are safe for Users’ Devices.
3. External cookies – the Administrator is not responsible for the security of cookies originating from external partners. A list of partners is provided later in this policy.
